Clambakes 101
Clambakes come in all varieties – Lobster, or New England among others - but our favorite is the classic Clambake. What comes in it? One dozen middle neck clams, corn on the cob, sweet potato, one half seasoned chicken, clam broth, rolls, butter to melt and crisp coleslaw.
