Easy Swordfish Appetizer

Swordfish is a meaty fish with mild texture and about 20 g of protein per serving.  Next time you are gearing up for a dinner party and need a simple recipe, try Grilled Swordfish Skewers with side Dipping Sauces!  Below is the recipe to serve 4-6 appetizer servings:

Fish Preparation

  • 4, 8 ounce swordfish steaks – cut into 1″ cubes
  • 20 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 20 minutes
  • Add one cube to each skewer
  • Pre heat grill pan to high
  • Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  • Grill for 4-5 minutes each side or until white

Dipping Sauces

  • Euclid Fish Company’s Sweet and Sour Sauce
  • Euclid Fish Company’s Chili Sauce
  • Lemon Aioli (add juice of one lemon, 2 tsp finely chopped flat leaf parsley and cilantro to 1/2 cup mayonnaise)
