Although this past weekend was the kickoff of Clambake season, we are also celebrating in a different way here at Euclid Fish Company. How? Lobster Bakes!! Our market chef, Terrie, hosted the first Lobster Bake ever on New Day Cleveland last Tuesday. Talk about great food and excellent recipes!
